The service we offer is a medical aesthetic consultation at which all treatment options will be discussed, and only those appropriate and safe will be offered or prescribed.

We accept cash, paypal, or major credit and debit cards. We do not accept personal cheques.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately we live in a world where in order to run a functional clinic we need a policy to deter people who do not turn up to their appointment.
When you book an appointment with us, we commit time, resources and money to your treatment. We therefore we ask you to pay the £20 fee for your consultation when you book. This consultation fee is included in prices detailed above, and is therefore deducted from the overall price of any treatment you undergo with us.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment we will refund this fee in full. This allows us to reallocate your appointment slot to another client.
If you do not attend your appointment, or cancel later than the deadline shown above, you will forfeit the £20 fee.
